結構穩定 性能可靠
PEV歐版顎式破碎機軸承座采用整體式鑄鋼結構，避免兩片式軸承室給機架帶來的不必要負擔，提高整機結構的穩定性。此外重型偏心軸采用鍛坯進行加工，使PEW顎式破碎機具有超凡的可靠性。

液壓控制 清腔方便
PEV歐版顎式破碎機配備液壓油站，保證機器潤滑系統為機器需潤滑部件供油，為機器安全作業提高必要條件。同時，如果破碎機在負荷狀態下停機，液壓清腔系統可迅速清理破碎腔，大大減少了停機時間。

V型結構 齒形護板
PEV歐版顎式破碎機的"V"型破碎腔和齒形護板設計更加的合理，保證實際入料尺寸和理論入料尺寸的一致性，有效增大破碎面積，物料在破碎腔內不會發生堵料，使破碎率和產量非常大化，提高顎板的利用率。

楔塊裝置 調節快捷
PEV歐版顎式破碎機采用楔塊排料口調節系統，使機器即使在空轉情況下也可以在幾分鐘之內把排料口調到預定值，在液壓系統配合下，實現自動化，比老式的墊片式排料口調節系統更簡單、安全、快捷。
工作原理
PEV歐版顎式破碎機的電動機驅動皮帶和皮帶輪，通過偏心軸使動顎前后上下擺動，當動顎推動動顎板向定顎板運動時，物料被壓 碎或劈碎。當動顎和動顎板在偏心軸、彈簧的作用下后退時，先前已被壓碎或劈碎的物料從顎板的下部排料口排出。隨著電動機連續轉動而破碎機動顎作周期性地壓碎和排卸物料，實現批量生產。

Easy Maintenance
The PEV Jaw Crusher adopts centralized grease lubrication. Manual or automatic grease lubrication system can be configured as needed, which can reduce the difficulty in maintenance and simultaneously guarantee cleanness and neatness at the work site.
The PEV Jaw Crusher uses a double-wedge regulating discharge port with the mechanical or hydraulic regulation available as needed, so it can be regulated more simply and efficiently than the traditional underboarding discharge ports.
Working Principle
Firstly, the motor drives belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down around the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, materials get crushed. When movable jaw and plate move backwards under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the materials crushed before would be discharged from the port under the jaw plate. As the motor works continuously, the movable jaw can crush or discharge materials periodically, so that volume production can be achieved.
